What began with humble roots at King of Kings Church in Manahawkin has grown into a vital lifeline for so many in our community. We could not have come this far without the incredible generosity of our volunteer clinicians, support staff, employees, donors, and sponsors.

For many of our patients, CVIM is their only option for medical care. Without us, chronic conditions would often go unmanaged, leading to reduced quality of life, higher mortality rates, unnecessary hospitalizations, and avoidable visits to emergency rooms and urgent care centers.

At CVIM, we empower patients to take control of their health and wellness. We provide the resources, supplies, education, and—perhaps most importantly—compassion they need to thrive. We believe that how someone is treated during a clinic visit is just as important as the care they receive.
